Ingredients:
1/2 medium cabbage
1/2 medium red cabbage
1 red onion
1 carrot 🥕
1 beet root
1 lemon 🍋
1 tbs salt
30 ml vegetable oil
1/2 tbs black pepper
1/2 tbs pepper chili
1/2 tbs nutmeg
30 ml (2 tbs) maple syrup
30 ml (2 tbs) white wine
1 tbs tomato paste
50 g (4 tbs) black currant paste (optional)
4 garlic cloves
Dill for taste.
