THORACIC OUTLET SYNDROME EXERCISES AND STRETCHES (Quick fix PART 2)
You can do all of these at your home!
What can cause pain in your elbow? For me it`s THORACIC OUTLET syndrome. Thoracic outlet syndrome is a group of disorders that occur when blood vessels or nerves in the space between your collarbone and your first rib (thoracic outlet) are compressed. This can cause pain in your shoulders and neck and numbness in your fingers. I broke my collarbone when I was 13-14 years old and years of repetitive movements in armwrestling and bench press has traped my nerve between my traps, neck muscles and pectorals muscle. I feel sharp pain in my elbow and shoulder and grip weakness. In video I`m showing some great exercises to get rid of tight traps, neck and chest muscles. These exercises have done wonders for me and I recommend doing these even If you don`t have severe problems. Try them out and tell us do you feel better.
