Covax has delivered its first Covid-19 vaccine doses as part of a programme to offset 'vaccine nationalism', ensuring equitable distribution of the vaccines. Hundreds of thousands of Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine doses will be distributed to health care workers in Accra, Ghana, on Wednesday.
Covax aims to distribute enough vaccines over the next six months to inoculate 3% of the population of 145 countries and tens of millions more by the end of the year
