If you’ve got MKV files that you need to convert to MP4, OBS Studio has a simple way to do that. Here’s how:
Open OBS Studio and go to the 'File' menu.
Select 'Remux Recordings.'
Click 'Add' to select your MKV file.
OBS will automatically choose the same location for the new MP4 file, but you can change the folder if you want.
Once everything is set, click 'Remux,' and OBS will convert the MKV file to MP4.
Now, your new MP4 file will be available in the folder you selected, and the original MKV file will remain unchanged.
