Some tips:
- if you can do 10 Pull ups you can do an assisten One arm Pull up, its not as hard as i looks like
The further down you grip with your hand the Hard it gets
- the trick with the elbow lever is to place your torso on top of your elbows, try to put the elbows as close to your hips as possible, that will make it easier.
Now try to squeez your core and lean foreward.
If thats to hard try straddle oder tucking your legs
- lsit is a very good overall exercise to build strengh in your shoulder/core and hip flexors
If you cant get your legs straight dont worry and try the tucked version or one leg straight. Build your way up and you will be suprised how fast you can learn the Lsit
