Venture downstairs to discover the second bedroom, adorned with twin beds and a charming en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

A car is recommended. Prices include responsible consumption of electricity. The amount of Kw per week is 150KW (21Kw per day in the case of minimum stays). Upon arrival you will find a note with the current reading, and on the day of departure (or the day before) the consumption is checked since arrival, calculating consumption.

It is not allowed to organize parties, events or celebrations. The rest of the neighbors will be respected as well as the rules for a pleasant coexistence. Pets are not allowed. Non smokers only.
