Pawan Kalyan Praises to Telangana CM KCR


Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan started his 'Chalore Chalore Chal' tour of Telangana districts on Monday after offering prayers at the Hanuman temple in Kondagattu.Earlier, the Congress had alleged that Pawan Kalyan had connived with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party to split votes, ensuring an easy victory for the TRS in the upcoming elections.Pawan Kalyan's press meet on Monday has given more ammunition for the Congress, as the politician called Telangana’s Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, a ‘hardworking, smart CM’.Addressing the media in Karimnagar, the actor said that Chief Minister KCR played a major role in unifying the people during the Telangana agitation and in return Telangana people ensured that he became the Chief Minister.The actor turned politician who is normally seen in an aggressive mode stated that he will go henceforth soft on ruling parties, since they have been elected by the people and that there’s a need to respect the mandate.The actor who has been riddling the media without divulging his political strategy, said that he wouldn’t indulge in ‘destructive’ politics and he’s all for constructive politics.This was in response to a question on the previous war of words between KCR and Pawan Kalyan, and his sudden meeting with the former. He said, “There is a need to respect the mandate of the people. They have been elected by the people. I am not here to fight with them for political power. I won’t indulge in confrontational politics. I look for solutions and how problems can be solved through co-operation. Although there are a lot of issues in Andhra, the reason I am going soft is because there should be a solution for the problem but we shouldn’t fight and leave it midway and cheat the people.”When asked about how many seats he would contest in the 2019 general elections he said that he would contest in both the states but contest only after learning the party’s strengths from party functionaries.Responding to the accusation levelled the Congress that he was being used by the ruling TRS party to split the votes the state, which might benefit the TRS, he said, “I don’t have any such thoughts, I don’t know why it has come.” He said that nobody is using him for their political benefit. “Last time when I supported the TDP I did that on the basis of a thought. I supported the TDP because after the state’s bifurcation, I felt that a good party with experience might help the state and take it forward.”He said that JSP was not formed for immediate results but keeping in mind that the party will be continue for the next 25 years.The actor clarified that he had no intention of merging his party with any other party. “When I forayed into politics, BJP national president Amit Shah asked him to join his party, I refused humbly," he said.The actor addressed the media after launching his three-day yatra in the state from Kondagattu. In the yatra, he will meet party functionaries from across the districts and the general public.
