Unlike the classic Italian version, I've made a few changes to suit our taste, but rest assured😉
For those of you who don't know what CANNELLONI is: Cannelloni is a tube-shaped dry pasta about 7cm long & 2cm wide. I t is stuffed with filling, covered in sauce & cheese & baked until bubbly. In my case, I like to add the cheese towards the end & broil for 10 minutes because I love my cheese gooey & stringy 😋🧀
The most common version is ricotta and spinach but I'm going ahead with a recipe that has always been our household favourite.....
