Did you know the Afro-Bolivian community has their own king? This prestigious title has been passed down the generations and dates back to an enslaved African prince, Uchicho, who was captured and brought to Bolivia.
The current reigning king of the Afro-Bolivian community is Julio Pinedo, whose title was officially recognised by the Bolivian government in 2007. Find out more in this 60-second video!
