India has made RT-PCR tests mandatory for those coming from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand from January 1st. This was informed by Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. Those coming will have to upload their reports on the Air Suvidha portal. The measure has been taken due to rise in Covid cases in these countries.
