MUTTON AFGHANI PULAO

Ingredients :
• Mutton ½ kg
• Rice soaked 3 cups Basmati or Sella
• All spice powder 1 tbsp
• Stock cubes 2 cups or mutton stock
• Onions 2
• Ginger garlic paste
• Raisens as required
• Carrots julienne 2 cups
• Bay leaf 2
• Sugar as required
• Salt as required

Method :
Boil meat before hand. Now sauté onions with ginger garlic paste, now add stock add in meat all spice powder along with salt, add rice and let it cook. Fry raisens and carrots with sugar till caramelized for garnish.
