The Boheme (in Spanish, La bohemia) is an opera in four acts with music by Giacomo Puccini and a libretto in Italian by Giuseppe Giacosa and Luigi Illica, who simplified and combined the different episodes of the serial novel: "Scenes from life bohemia "by Henri Murger published over five years (1845-1849) in the newspaper El Corsario.
