Over the last 9 weeks we have pampered and loved on these Jumbo Cornish Cross meat birds. They had lots of sunshine and fresh grass everyday. This is was our first time raising meat chickens and we learned a few things along the way. We processed just under 100 meat birds in one day! It was a long day, but so rewarding to now have our deep freezer full of organic pasture raised chicken.
