3 large or 4 medium onions
Cup and a half white beans
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
A tablespoon of sweet paprika
Half a teaspoon of hot paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
Pick a cup and a half white beans, put in a bowl full of water and soak for the night. Next day, chop 3 large onions into small cubes and set aside. When the oil is hot add the onion cubes and fry until the onions become transparent. When the onion becomes translucent add a tablespoon of sweet paprika, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of hot paprika and stir. Add the meat cubes and burn them from all directions. Stir occasionally. After seeing the burned meat cubes add 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. After 5 minutes add 2 cups of boiling water, mix, drain the beans from the liquid and add to the pot. Mix briefly, lower flame, close lid and cook for 3 hours. After 3 hours, add a teaspoon of salt, mix, close lid and cook for another half hour / until the meat and beans are tender. Taste and seasoning facilities.
