✴️FYI - When I refer to "bells & whistles", I am referring to being able to make upgrades. Upgrades like tiled showers, backsplash in the kitchen, coffered ceilings, chair rail molding, etc.

There are different levels of builders, offering different levels of homes and features. The key is to find a builder and home that matches your budget and wants. This can be trickier than it sounds, so you may need to re-evaluate the things that are most important to you.
