Do you ever crave potatoes but can't decide on how to cook it. Here are some of my favorite ways to cook potatoes, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hope you can enjoy!
00:00 Recipe #1, 1 Egg and 1 Potato! Simple and delicious breakfast! Delicious potato recipe!
Shred 200g of potato
Squeeze out the water
Shred 100g of carrot
Add the potato, carrot and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bow
Add 1 egg, salt and pepper
Mix well
Heat up pan in medium heat
Add vegetable oil, add the potato mix
Fry for about 3 mins per side, flip and repeat
Done! Garnish with topping of your choice

Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl
Add salt & pepper to taste
Cut and add green onion to the egg
Mix well
Thinly slice 1 potato
Heat up pan with medium heat
Add vegetable oil and place potato slices into the pan
Cook for 2 minutes and flip over the potato
Add the egg mix
Add in red pepper (optional)
Cover the top with shredded cheese
Cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt
Add in the potatoes and boil for 3 mins, remove and set aside
Thinly slice the sausage
Thinly slice the mushroom
Heat up a pan in medium heat
Add vegetable oil
Add in the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute
Add butter, salt & pepper to taste
Continue to cook for 3 mins
Cover the bottom of a baking tray with butter
Add a layer of potatoes
Season with black pepper, oregano, paprika,
Add a layer of mushrooms, followed by a layer of sausages, finish with a layer of potatoes
Cover the top with parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 mins at 350F

Thinly slice the potatoes
Melt the butter in a microwave
Add 2 cloves of diced garlic to the butter
Add herb mix to the butter
Add salt & pepper to the butter
Mix well
Add the butter mix to the potatoes, leave some butter for later
Mix well
Cover the bottom of the muffin tray with the remaining butter
Stack the potatoes in the muffin tray
Add parmesan cheese on top
Bake for 35 mins at 390F
