D26390vid. A trip across the River Dart in South Devon on the Kingswear to Dartmouth ferry. It connects Kingswear Station on the Dartmouth Steam Railway with what was once Dartmouth Station.
Although classified as a railway station, no trains ever went there as it was not served by a railway line, but it provided a booking office and passenger facilities for the ferry over the river and for trains from Kingswear Station on the opposite bank.
The station building at Dartmouth is now a restaurant.
