The Victory II is an American pool table built by chinese company Rasson. The group have been building high-end pool table models since 1990, and have complete control over their production process, even down to owning a private quarry to mine rock specifically to make their own slates.
The Victory II is now the competition standard table for many American pool tournaments, including the GB9, Mosconi Cup and the World Cup of Pool.
