MOOD-BOOSTING BERRY BARK RECIPE:
1/2 pint blueberries
1/4 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp + 2 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp grapefruit powder
1/4 cup tocos (rice bran)
Several servings albizia tincture
1 16-oz jar coconut butter
Lavender to taste
1. Add the blueberries, lemon, coconut oil, grapefruit powder, tocos, and albizia tincture to a blender
2. Blend on high
3. Separately, heat the coconut butter on a stovetop
4. Add coconut butter to the blender and blend thoroughly
5. Pour the batter into a baking sheet
6. Sprinkle with lavender
7. Freeze for about 8 hours
8. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
