So last week you saw me use the shortcut method to address orange peel and after filming I was taking a closer look and it just wasn’t good enough for TwinSticks so I decided to rip off the band aid and do it the old fashioned way. The only problem is that way takes an incredible amount of time, but I guess this whole truck has taken an incredible amount of time. So, I’m sanding in stages using 800 to flatten it out, then 1500 to clean it up, then 2000 to take out the scratches and then 3000 to finish. Its quite a process that I wanted to share with you, and I know its hard to believe but I’m already 3 days in and I haven’t even finished the sleeper yet lol. Oh well, I know it’ll be worth it in the end to have a smoot, shiny, glorious and mint paint job so why not right?
