What your Scouts wear on a campout could be determined on where you are camping. Sandals and shorts are no good for a backpacking trip, but a beach campout? Traveling to and from campouts wearing the Scout uniform is a great way to show scout spirit and advertise Scouting. And honestly, the Scouts behavior is a little better too.
