Suffering is created when we hold too much expectation on certain situations, people, things or outcomes. When we have certain expectations and when things don’t go the way we expect them too we feel angry, sad or disappointed. This creates our pain and suffering. However when we learn to honour and accept the present moment for all it is, when we can feel our emotions without attaching shame or blame, we learn to enjoy life for what it is… Finding love, joy and happiness in the present moment.
