We are delighted to be joined by Dan Chaplin, from the National Trust, to discuss the future of project management and the implication sustainability will have on running projects.

We will explore the theory behind sustainability, including the three elements of social, environmental and economic sustainability.

Following that, Dan will take us through some examples of projects the National Trust has been running, how sustainability has influenced those projects, and what the Trust is doing to ensure sustainability is built into the foundations of how projects are run.
