Taoiseach Leo Varadkar spoke to reporters ahead of today's cabinet meeting in Dublin.

Speaking on his way into a Cabinet meeting, he said Minister Donohoe will "do his best" to explain questions around election campaign expenses., but said the Dáil is not the place to resolve it.

Minister Donohoe is set to make a second statement in the Dail on Tuesday.
