Active woodworm (common furniture beetle) infestation to softwood flooring. This highlights the issues where there appears to be no obvious signs, or limited signs of woodworm on top of the floorboards. As you can see the woodworm has destroyed the floorboards from the underside. This is normally because the suspended timber floor has a higher humidity, which then will increase the moisture content of the timber.
