Got this old iPad from family. We remembered the Apple ID, but don't know the password. We also do not remember the gmail account associated with the Apple ID account so we were not able to reset the password. We knew the account user's birthday, but did not know the answers to the two security questions. So I could not reset the password through security questions either. I thought this iPad was not usable until I found this bypass.
If you don't know the iPad log-in passcode pin/password, you can fully restore your iPad via iTunes. Then you can follow this process if you forgot your Apple ID or password to your device.
Feel free to like and subscribe. In the next couple of weeks, I will try to see if I can push the updated iOS to this device. A lot of the apps are unusable, because this iPad 2 is still running on an old iOS.
