This video is aimed at showing a good way to TEACH CESA in confined water. Note how the instructor is helping the student avoid buoyancy control issues by holding the student's tank valve. He is also feeling the regulator to help identify if the student takes a breath. Very importantly the instructor positions themselves well to be able to swim alongside the student without hindering them BEFORE the student starts swimming.
