Getting close to the North Sea now..... We continued from the magical village of Long to Abbeville, the other larger city on the Canal de la Somme besides Amiens. As everywhere on the Somme, mooring is for free and there is a coin opterated facility for water and electricity. 2 Euros buy you 4 hrs of unlimited water and electricity. Nature and tranquility galore on the way! The current was up to 6kts, the Somme was carrying a lot of water...... Last sequences are from travelling back up the Somme on the way back up.
