Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), Employment and Training (E&T), Workforce Development Programs (WDP) team serves as the stewards of over one hundred million dollars in state and federal funds administered across the statewide workforce system to support the success of nearly 400,000 job-seekers and 10,000 businesses that drive Colorado’s economy forward.
In addition to funding, we provide the framework, guidance, technical support, and oversight to all of the critical services provided by our workforce centers to job seekers and businesses statewide.
