Meteorologist Jim Weber says Tropical Depression Four has formed off the South Carolina coast. It could strengthen into Tropical Storm Danny before making landfall. Either way, it's expected to bring mostly rain to South Carolina and Georgia.
Further out in the Atlantic, a tropical wave has a 40-percent chance of developing in the next few days.
