It’s the middle of February and the male Wild Turkeys of Southern Ohio are already displaying enhanced coloration as they prepare for the annual breeding season. Even though the day was sunny, the temperature was only 14 degrees F as these two Tom turkeys did battle for dominance in the local flock. The two battled for over 30 minutes and worked their way completely around the house before breaking off and wandering away.
