The Feast of Immaculate Conception, December 8, is traditionally a day when candidates to Congregation of the Mission Province of Poland have their Vocation Day - in the Internal Seminary (Novitiate) - when they are officially received as candidates for the community of Vincentians; Bonum Propositum - "Good Proposition" - a special moment when after completing the novitiate formation students give the promise to continue the formation in the Congregation and live in the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul. By this act of will (which could be compared to temporary vows in other religious congregations) seminarians become admitted to the Vincentian community of priests and brothers. On this day the vows are usually taken too, but in 2008 there were no men to take them.
During the solemn Mass celebrated in the seminary chapel by Rev. Kryspin Banko CM, the Rector and Assistant to the Provincial four students and a priest declared they will to become Vincentians. One I Philosophy student took his Good Proposition sustaining his will to become priest in the Congregation.
