Following the Balasore train accident, a total of 58 trains have been canceled, while 81 trains have been diverted to alternative routes. Amitabh Sharma, the Executive Director of the Information Publication Railway Board, provided an update on the ongoing restoration efforts at the accident site. Sharma stated that the restoration work is advancing swiftly and will soon be concluded. He further added, "Based on the latest information, 58 trains have been canceled, 81 trains have been diverted, and 10 trains have been short-terminated. The restoration work is currently underway at full pace, and we expect it to be completed in the near future."
