As the year comes to a close, I wanted to share some reflections on the journey so far, the growth of this channel, and where things are heading. Over four years and five months, this space has become a platform for healing, sharing experiences, and connecting with so many of you.

This year brought personal growth, changes in friendships, and a renewed focus on supporting others through EFT Tapping and my work with Eflowtion Support Services. Healing is a process of letting go, growing, and finding strength in yourself, and I’m grateful to share this journey with you.

Looking ahead to 2025, I plan to continue offering meaningful content, exploring new certifications, and expanding the ways I can support you.
