Please note:I added 1 full table spoon of the 7 spice in the stuffing for(Mumbars and Khebias) and if you like it spicier add no more than 2 table spoon. More than that the taste of spices would be to dominating.
Please note: 10Lb box of beef tripe i made 6 khebias and I hade a good amount of tripe leftover for my next batch that you could leave in the freezer.
