Log into Workday:

Initiate the Conversion:
Once you've identified the candidate you want to convert to a formal hire, follow these steps:
a. Open the candidate's profile.
b. Look for an option or button that allows you to initiate the conversion to a hire. This might be labeled as "Convert to Employee" or something similar.
