Latinas across industries and sectors were paid 52 cents to the dollar paid to white men in 2022. This results in lost pay amounting to over 1 MILLION dollars throughout a 40-year career. The pay gap harms Latinas, our families, our futures and our entire country. Latinas can’t wait to be paid equally, and they shouldn’t have to wait. They must be paid fully and fairly NOW.
