The Knig XG-16 Pro Tire Chains are my favorite to put on the vehicle. There's a lot of reasons why and today we're gonna take a look. These are the most versatile snow tire chains you can put on your vehicle. One, just because they're not gonna be so big to where you're gonna feel them whenever you're driving. Not saying you're not gonna be able to feel these, but it is gonna deliver a pretty smooth ride because of the design that we have. So, here we have some cross chains.

It just connects these two little diamond patterns here. So it's gonna be a lot smoother than the ladder pattern, cuz a lot of the times you're hitting tire then chain then tire then chain. There's not really gonna be a situation where you're only on the tire, only on the chain. It's kinda contacting the whole entire wheel all the way around. And that's what delivers that very smooth ride, which is what I'm looking for.

It is gonna give us decent amount of traction, not the most, but, it is a relatively larger link that is made of a manganese nickel alloy steel. So, it is a high quality stuff. With snow means salt, so they're not gonna rust away over time and you don't have to worry about it messing with your wheels, because we have a powder coated finish on all of the chains surrounding the wheels. And there's also extra, added protective little buttons that we can put on here as well to really protect it. So you don't have to worry.

We just wanna get unstuck. We don't want to scratch our wheels and this is not going to do it. The one thing that really sets this apart from a lot of the other ones on our site is the built-in tensioner. So, usually you have to buy something separate and it's one more thing you gotta keep track of. I lose things a lot and this is connected.

You don't have to worry about anything like that. All in all, I think these are the best. It's super quick and easy to undo, so much quicker than some of the others. Especially with the ladder pattern styles. A lot of the times you put chains on when you're actually stuck. With the ladder pattern styles you're gonna have to get down and you're gonna have to get in the snow, cuz if you're stuck, there's gonna be snow on the ground. So I just like to keep my car clean and I don't like to get on the ground when I'm stuck. I'm already in a bad mood. So with this, it's gonna make it a lot easier and it's really easy to pack back up. I just coiled them up like this, go like that. So it's like a little double loop. Comes in a, little bag, which is better than the canvas bags. The zippers are high quality. And as you can see, the other ones fit in here, nice and easy. A lot of the times just hard to get the cable snow tire chains back into the carrying case. But this, it's really not hard at all. You can throw it in the back of your truck, throw it in your toolbox, whatever it may be. I think these are the ultimate tire chains you can get for your vehicle. Lay out the chains, make sure they're not tangled up or anything. And there's one thing we need to think about. This little link right here, there's gonna be a smooth side like this, doesn't have any edges on it. And then the other side is gonna be a little bit more abrasive. So we want the smooth side to go towards the tire. So, once you kind of figure that out we're gonna take one side, and slide it, behind, our tire, like that. We're gonna grab the ends right here, come up and connect it like that, go in and pull it. And then while we're back here grab these chains, make sure that all of 'em get out, we're not gettin' hooked up somewhere. And then I like to take this red link and this red hook, connect those. And then once that's connected we can take the cable and tuck that behind our wheel. Our whole goal here is to get these cross chains right here pretty much centered. And our tire, we take the cable right here. It's a built-in tensioner. We open up this little gate, just like that. And we pull this tight, pretty much as tight as we can go. And then the goal here, is we have two different, red clips. We're gonna put the chain in there and we wanna go directly acrossed. So I think this is probably gonna be what we're gonna do, 'cause it's still kinda hard for me to do that. But if we do go to the second one I think it's gonna be too far off and there's no way I'm gettin' there. We don't have to use both of them and we don't even have to use one of 'em. We just wanna make sure that we go directly across, just like that. And then we wanna roll over them a couple times, make sure everything's still nice and tight. And if
