Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met his Afghan counterpart Mohammad Haneef Atmar in Dushanbe to discuss the crisis in the war-torn country. He will also attend the SCO foreign ministers' meet where Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi will be present.
