Keep in mind if you don't have time to watch the vid:
- The support MAY not be able to reach out to you, if that so happens, resend the email again...and again.
- The support MAY not be able to help you retrieve your account back. You can try resending it again, and adding more important details abt the said account.
- Provide as much information as you can.
- If it's on JP, make sure it's in Japanese. bcoz if not, u fk up
