The gorgeous colors of peak fall foliage are breaking out across the U.S., and tourists are flocking to the countryside to take in the sites. But those sightseers are causing traffic jams in small towns. Laura Homann, who lives near the Guanella Pass in Colorado, posted a rant describing what a nightmare fall foliage has become.
