"The Old House" is a lovely and dramatic piano piece from Anthony Phillips' 1986 album, "Private Parts and Pieces VI: Ivory Moon," solo piano pieces recorded 1971-1985.
Anthony Phillips was the original guitarist in Genesis up to 1970, leaving after their "Trespass" album. He released his first solo album, "The Geese and the Ghost" in 1977. While most of his music is guitar based, he has released two albums that centre on his fine piano skills.
