Cinnamon rice pudding
Ingredients ⤵️
☃️1 scoop of vanilla ( or cinnamon protein ) @myprotein
☃️35 g risotto rice ( if you can find use pudding rice !)
☃️cinnamon
☃️200 ml plant Based milk( Your choice !)
🍎50 g apple
🍎50 g banana
🍎cinnamon
🍎20 g honey
Make the rice pudding as you would do your porridge oats - but it has to be in a pan and not in the microwave pls! ( the rice needs more time to cook- so make sure you keep swirling it !) So basically it’s a cream of rice ( if you blend the risotto rice !)
Serve it work your honey- cinnamon and apple banana mix
