Dashboard Pal
Dashboard Pal allows users to be able to select a specific dashboard, instead of having multiple dashboards stacked one after another. Being able to select the desired dashboard via a folder structure reduces the amount of clutter. It is a free app that can be downloaded from AppExchange, delivered by Salesforce Labs.

Closing Multiple Tasks
Most Salesforce instances have many automations running that create tasks for users, in order to prompt them in the right direction. The downside of this is when users miss or forget completing their tasks. This negatively affects your reports on tasks. With a few simple steps, you can provide users a handy tool, where they can set a proper status to multiple tasks in one go. With the help of inline edits, we can create a list view on open tasks (filtered by record type if you are working with several record types), where we include the ‘Status’ field.
