Watch how I make easy two ingredient mousse, two ways! Lotus biscoff or Nutella, what’s your pick?
Mousse recipe:
Nutella mousse
600ml thickened cream (heavy whipping cream)
5 tbsp Nutella
(Optional) oreos and Ferrero rocher to decorate
Method:
- Whip cream till soft peaks form
- Place Nutella in a plate and microwave for a few seconds (about 30 sec) till it softens
- Pour Nutella over cream and fold in together till there’s no more streaks
- Optional: layer crushed oreos at bottom of cups, pipe Nutella mousse over it, top with more softened Nutella and decorate with a Ferrero rocher chocolate
- Set in the fridge for at least two hours and enjoy!
Lotus biscoff mousse
Ingredients:
-600ml thickened cream (heavy whipping cream)
- 10 tbsp of melted biscoff spread
- (Optional) Lotus biscoff biscuits to decorate
Method:
- Whip cream till soft peaks form
- Place jar of biscoff spread in the microwave for a few seconds (about 20 sec) till it softens
- Place 10 tbsp of softened biscoff spread over cream and fold in together till there’s no more streaks
- Optional: layer crushed biscoff biscuits at bottom of cups, pipe biscoff mousse over it, top with more softened spread and decorate with a some biscuits
- Set in the fridge for at least two hours and enjoy!
