For the Millstone PX Cask Whisky from the Netherlands, the malted barley was milled in a windmill as was customary in the past, which gave the single malt its name (Millstone). The whisky is distilled twice in very large copper stills and matured for seven years in high-quality small Pedro Ximénez casks.
