When you refill Canon inkjet cartridges but don't (or can't) reset the cartridge chips you have to disable ink monitoring before the printer will allow you to print with them.

This process is particularly relevant for Canon ImagePROGRAF Pro-300 printers but equally relevant for any other printer where a chip resetter isn't available. Using this approach with the "Full Set Swap" approach to replacing cartridges and monitoring your ink usage will allow you to get the most out of your printer without needing to buy OEM/Original cartridges.

NB: While the PGI-72 and PGI-9 are noted, both of those printers do have chip resetters so if you have a resetter you can safely ignore this video.
