1 cup oatmeal.
4 apples.
4 eggs.
50 g cocoa powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
3 tbsp coconut oil.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
150 ml warm milk.
2 apples.
20g butter.
Vanillin.
2 eggs.
50g nuts.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup walnuts.
50 g dried apricots.
50g almonds.
1/2 cup cranberries.
2 apples.
50ml water.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Recipe 4
120 g Haferflocken.
250 ml heiße Milch.
10 Minuten beiseite stellen.
2 Bananen.
2 Eier.
45 g Kakaopulver.
5 g Backpulver.
40 g Nüsse.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180°С 40 Minuten backen.
75 g dunkle Schokolade.
