In fact, you can enter the world of digitization without having any device and working only on free software, but having the simplest laboratory scanner with the impression scanning function and the simplest 3d printer will be a great help. However, looking from the perspective of the costs of equipping the practice - an investment of a few - a dozen or so thousand is not prohibitive, and the possibilities become enormous.
Today we will discuss the topic of designing of a screw retained implant based crown in Exocad using intraoral scan from Medit i500 intraoral scanner, Neobiotech scan body and custom shaping of gingiva in CAD software.
