A flight from Paris was halted at Manchester Airport after a suspicious package which turned out to be an iPad was found on board. The abandoned electronic device was discovered on an incoming Air France flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle at around 1.30pm today. The aircraft was halted and met by emergency services on runway 2 at Manchester Airport.
